Felicity Hayes-McCoy’s blog: Echoes of ancient Irish ritual on St. Martin’s Day.

Another delightful read  by Felicity, weaving for us the story of the history and tradions of St. Martins Day.  The name sake of our youngest son.  Bringing the story into our lives, telling  the story with her palette of words

Felicity’s book   ‘A House on an Irish Hillside’  a great present this Christmas is also available online. Her story doesn’t just bring you to the wonderful Dingle Peninsula , but brings you into a way of life, where people, truth, respect and nature are the leaders and simplicity wins. http://www.facebook.com/TheHouseOnAnIrishHillsideByFelicityHayesMcCoy

Felicity and Wilf became friends when they came to stay with us at Gorman’s Clifftop House.  In her book she talks about her visits with us and staying bed and breakfast. If you have visited Corca Dhuibhne or The Dingle Peninsula you will enjoy this. The landscape and the people will come alive for you. If you haven’y you will want to!
